Emptying Trash issue

Weird issues with Trash...

In 431, if I delete an item (or many) in my inbox then go to Trash and hit the 'Empty Trash' button, they don't get deleted. I get prompted that they're going to be deleted, but nothing actually happens. If I go into Airmail on my iPhone I can still see all the items in Trash and can sucessfully empty the trash from Airmail iOS. At that point the Mac does should the messages removed.
If I delete an item in Airmail iOS and then check the Trash on my Mac, I can see the item AND hitting the 'Empty Trash' button does indeed remove it.
So I can get rid of messages I trashed on Airmail iOS, but not messages I trashed in the actual Mac app itself.

I'm having the same problem. Trash will not clear out.

I'm having the same problem with Version 3.3.3 (456) on OS X 10.11.6. Some items will delete from the trash but not others. Restarting fixes it; the Trash is empty after a restart of Airmail.

I'm having same issue. When I hit "empty trash" button, it will delete some of the messages in the Trash folder, but not all. I can't determine any pattern to the email messages it doesn't delete. Have been trying to figure this out for months! Please fix.
    Thanks.
