Opening a single message from a conversation; dragging a single message from a conversation; collapsing conversations to view messages on the left pane

Hello,

I tried to do this very simple thing but cannot. Let's say I have 4 messages (i.e. separate emails) in a conversation.

  1. I just want to collapse a conversation on the left to show the four messages
  2. I then want to say choose message 3 and/or 2 and drag it to a folder in the Finder window (currently, I have to choose all conversations in the drag and drop) so that I can have the .eml file I need (currently, I am required to export each message to an .eml file which requires a number of clicks)
  3. Let's say I just want to read message 2 in a separate window. This is not possible currently.

Any ideas?

Thanks for a great app!

I have the same problem. As soon as a message is part of a conversation it behaves differently and not in a good way.

    Cheers
