calendar invites archived and not added to calendar (MS Exchange)

On my Exchange mail account when I receive a calendar invitation and click on the buttons "accept" or "decline"
a) in some situations there is no reaction at all except that the message is being marked as read
b) in most situations Airmail seems to confirm my action i.e. when I click "accept", the button is marked dark red and the message is swiped away.

But it turns out in situation b), there is
1. no entry in my calendar
2. the confirmation email is not in the "Sent" folder
3. the invitation mail is send to "Archive" instead of "Trash"

Hi - I'm having exactly the same problem. When I accept a calendar invite, 'accept' button goes red, then the email that contained the invite disappears from my inbox. But the calendar item is NOT added to my calendar.

Having looked further, the original email invite has gone into my archive folder.

I've realised I've missed 4 meetings since moving to Airmail because I thought they were in my calendar but they never got added.

If you need further information, please advise what information you need.

    Hi there - it’s MS Exchange 2013

I can’t set you up an email address without paying for it I’m afraid.

The email is hosted by fast

I’m now on Beta 407 and still have the same issue. When I accept, the email with the invitation disappears ito Archive folder and the invite doesn’t actually go onto calendar to show as accepted to the inviter.

we don't add invites to any calendar
we just use the exchange api to accept/deny the invite on an existing invite in your exchange calendar

Exactly same problem, Try to accept calendar invite and it swipes away to archive. Using OS Sierra with Calendar and just some typical email server accounts. They all do the same within Airmail 3. This is a significant problem.

I've also had the same problem. I'm using google mail. If I click these buttons in an email on my gmail in a browser, it works just fine, but the links in airmail do nothing. Really need this fixed. As Joe S said, I've also missed appointments because they were not added to my calendar (which is what happens if I click the "accept" button within gmail or on mac calendar).

@Airmail why not adding invites to calendar? It's a wonderful feature, after i click the accept, the mail archived, have to remember to double click the ics file before click accept... It does feel good...

I have the same issue and will need to move back to Outlook if this issue is not resolved. It's my only gripe with Airmail but it is fundamental.

    I'm also experiencing this issue.

When clicking Accept/Maybe/Decline nothing happens at all. We're also using Exchange, but it's not public.

For a paid client, that's not acceptable, but it's hard enough to have a sensible client like Airmail.

Is there a way to support you with recreating this issue? Please let me know.

I have the exact same problem. It just happened again on 9/28/17. I accepted an invitation and the email was swipped away to the archive folder. I paid close attention this time, because the last time I didn't notice, and I missed a meeting. This bug needs to be fixed ASAP.
