Downloading Attachments Fails

From the past very many weeks, attachments do not get downloaded despite waiting for minutes together. It is easier to open the webmail to download attachments lately for Gmail accounts.

    The same here. Jpg files in my case

    Here the same for pdf’s mostly but also other type of files. Only happens on the iPad Air, iPhone 7 and iPad mini have no issue.

    rebuild the message cache for that account please
